Yoga for Stronger Bones, Balance & Agility

A weekly exploration of poses cultivating strength in bones, muscles, the core and stability in moving sequences. Alternative poses for students with Osteoporosis will be offered with the intention of creating safe, dynamic and effective practice for all.
